Mark Drucker is Chief Executive Officer at Silanna Semiconductor North America, Inc. He was a co-founder of IO Semiconductor which was acquired by The Silanna Group in 2012. Mr. Drucker has 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, 23 of which have been in executive management.

His management experience encompasses executive roles in Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Quality.  Prior to IO Semiconductor Mr. Drucker held executive management positions at Semtech Corporation (via its acquisition of Edge Semiconductor) and Brooktree Corporation.  Mr. Drucker earned a B.S.E.E. from the University of Michigan.

Stuart Molin is Vice President of Advanced Development at Silanna Semiconductor North America, Inc. He is responsible for developing advanced semiconductor solutions for the power electronics market using Silanna’s proprietary technologies.

Mr. Molin’s specialism is in Discrete Power MOSFETS, Power Blocks, Power Stages, Point of Load Converters, and AC/DC Converters. Market applications include RF Power Amplifiers, Envelope Tracking Converters, Lidar laser drivers, and Class D Audio Amplifiers.

He was a co-founder of IO Semiconductor which was acquired by The Silanna Group in 2012. There he was co-founder and CTO where he developed advanced semiconductor solutions for the RF market using proprietary technologies. He also co-founded Edge Semiconductor an analog IC company, which was acquired by Semtech.

Throughout his 40-year career, Mr. Molin has earned many patents. He holds a B.S.E.E. from the University of California, Irvine (UCI).

Randy brings over 30 years of extensive experience in semiconductor design, product development, and executive leadership. Prior to joining Silanna, he served as CEO of ICon Semiconductor, where he provided visionary leadership and advanced cutting-edge semiconductor solutions. Previously, he was Vice President of Business Development at IQ-Analog Corp., a role he held for over 12 years, during which he successfully drove strategic partnerships and business growth. Randy has also co-founded and led startups, including Rapid Bridge, where he grew revenue from zero to over $15 million annually, securing major wins with top-tier semiconductor firms and a successful exit to Qualcomm exceeding $300M.

Earlier in his career, Randy held engineering and leadership roles at Brooktree Corp., where he contributed to its IPO and subsequent acquisition by Rockwell. He also was a co-founder Nurlogic Design which was acquired by Artisan (and months later by ARM) and started his career at and Unisys Corp., gaining experience in major account management, digital design, and physical implementation.

Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from San Diego State University. A seasoned innovator and leader, Randy’s contributions have consistently driven technological advancements and business success.

Bill Rader is Vice President, Design Engineering at Silanna Semiconductor, bringing extensive expertise in power management integrated circuits. They possess a strong background in design engineering leadership, overseeing analog and power management design and development teams. Their proficiencies encompass integrated circuit design and process development.

At Silanna Semiconductor, Bill previously held the position of Director, Design, leading analog and power management design and development teams. Prior to Silanna, Bill was a Principal Design Engineer & Manager at Qualcomm within the Raleigh PMIC Design Group.

Their career also includes leadership in power technology design and development at Semtech, where they served as Director, Power Technology, with hands-on management of IC design, process development, Process Integration and CAD. Earlier roles at Semtech included Manager, Design Center & Director, Design Section Lead. Before joining Semtech,Bill was a Senior Design Engineer at Harris.

Bill earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Dean Barnat is Vice President of Operations at Silanna Semiconductor, Inc. He is responsible for international supply chain management. He also oversees the technical aspects of test and package development, wafer fabrication, yield and cost optimization, failure analysis and logistics.

Mr. Barnat has been with Silanna since 2011. Prior to that, he served in similar roles for RF Magic, which has subsequently been acquired by Entropic Communications, as well as Solarflare Communications and On-Ramp Wireless. During Mr. Barnat’s 30-year career in semiconductor manufacturing operations, his emphasis has been on the maturation of new technologies and ramping products into production for emerging semiconductor companies.

He holds a B.S.E.E. from San Diego State University.

Patrick Moore is Vice President, Sales at Silanna Semiconductor, Inc. Based in the United States, he leads the company’s Sales, Distribution, Field Applications Engineering, and Customer Applications Engineering teams, supporting Silanna's global customer base.

With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Patrick has held various roles that have shaped his leadership in sales and business development. Early in his career, as a manufacturers’ representative, he collaborated with major companies such as IBM, AMD, Philips (now NXP), TriQuint, and ON Semiconductor. This experience led him to a management role at AMD’s flash memory spin-off, Spansion, where he oversaw the Southwest region. He went on to lead teams at Maxim Integrated, holding positions in Strategic Sales, Global Mass Market, and Distribution leadership. Prior to joining the Silanna team, Patrick led Americas Sales and Applications teams at both Renesas and TE.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Diego State University. Beyond his professional achievements, he has a passion for innovation, evidenced by patient submissions and development of systems to identify and communicate CRM data using visual diagrams connected to a database.
