Overview & Features
The SD4226ET is a dual-channel, 12-bit, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) supporting sampling rates up to 160MSps. The SD4226ET supports an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The device uses a multistage pipeline architecture to achieve high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and linearity, over wide input signal bandwidth. The SD4226ET can be set to operate using either CMOS or LVDS output interface. Programming for configuration and control is accomplished using a 4-wire SPI-compatible serial bus. The digital output data can be programmed to be delivered in offset binary, twos complement format, or gray code.
